Digital Attendance Form

To improve our attendance tracking process, we will be using a digital form for submitting excuse notes. This streamlined system will make managing attendance records more efficient and give families the convenience of submitting excuse notes from anywhere, at any time.

How to Use the Digital Form:

  2. Fill out the required information.
